Our Story

Hervana began with a simple, powerful idea: women deserve holistic healthcare that is comprehensive, compassionate, and empowering. Our founder, Jodi, a pelvic floor trained physiotherapist, saw a need for a space where women could feel heard, understood, and cared for as whole individuals.

We believe in blending science and soul. We started with evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy sessions, focusing on creating a foundation of trust and expert care. As our community grew, so did our vision. We knew that true wellness extends beyond the clinic walls.

Today, Hervana is expanding to include wellness retreats, mindful movement classes, and educational events, creating a complete ecosystem for women's health.

Our journey is one of continuous growth, inspired by the incredible women we serve. This is more than a wellness business. It's a haven where women can reconnect with themselves, find their strength, and experience the power of sisterhood.

Meet Jodi — Our Founder

At the heart of Hervana is Jodi Bremner, a physiotherapist with a focus on pelvic floor and women's health, whose warmth, intuition, and expertise shape every experience we offer. Jodi brings a gentle, evidence-based approach to care that honours the connection between body, mind, and spirit—helping women rediscover confidence, strength, and ease within themselves.

You’ll find Jodi offering pelvic health physiotherapy at Berwick Chiropractic Health & Wellness in Berwick, NS, and leading seasonal wellness events & restorative experiences throughout the Annapolis Valley. Through both clinical care and restorative experiences, she creates spaces where women feel supported, seen, and deeply cared for.
