Monthly, we gather at Saltair Nordic Spa & Wellness for a themed Evening of Self-Care — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and renew. Guided by Jodi Bremner, Pelvic Health therapist and Founder of Hervana Women’s Wellness, these restorative events weave together education, mindfulness, reflection, and the healing elements of the Nordic cycle: heat, cold, rest.

Each month introduces a new event theme — always centered on nurturing the whole woman — whether through movement, breath, or embodied self-care practices. Together, we explore, learn, and restore in sisterhood and tranquility.

In Her Element—Women's Only Self Care Night

Step into a restorative evening designed to honour the power of womanhood, connection, and collective renewal.

In Her Element is a two-hour guided experience blending the healing rhythm of the Nordic cycle with the warmth of community. Through gentle guidance, mindful moments, and shared reflection, you’ll move through cycles of heat, cold, and rest — reconnecting with your body, your breath, and the women around you.

This evening invites you to come exactly as you are and join Jodi — to rest, release, and remember that self-care can also be collective care. Together, we’ll celebrate the elements that sustain us: warmth, flow, connection, and compassion.

A portion of proceeds will be donated to Chrysalis House, supporting women and families in our local community.

4-Week Self-Care Series

Starting in January 2026, deepen your experience and carry the energy of each monthly event into your daily life through a guided 4-week self-care series.

Each series expands on the theme introduced in the monthly event — exploring it more intimately through movement, mindfulness, and the rhythm of the Nordic cycle.

Over four weeks, you’ll join a Guided Sauna Class once per week (Thursdays), where we focus on a new aspect of the theme each session. Expect a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, guided heat and cold immersion, and restorative rest — all designed to nurture balance, resilience, and connection.

Guests may:

  • Join all 4 sessions for a deeper, discounted experience (with a special bonus if you register during the event!)

  • Or drop in for individual classes at regular class pricing.

Each series is an invitation to continue your journey of self-care, connection, and renewal — one week at a time.
