Our Services

Compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to support your pelvic health and overall well-being at every stage of your journey

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Our primary service is one-on-one pelvic health physiotherapy. We provide a safe, private, and supportive environment to address your concerns. At Hervana, pelvic health physiotherapy is a deeply personalized and compassionate process. Each session is designed to support your whole self—body, mind, and spirit—so you can move, heal, and live with confidence and ease.

What to Expect

Initial Assessment (60 minutes)
Your first session begins with time to truly listen—to your story, your symptoms, your goals, and your lived experience. From there, we complete a gentle and thorough assessment that may include:

Follow-Up Sessions (55 minutes)
Your ongoing sessions build on what we’ve learned, supporting your body’s healing through individualized care such as:

  • Whole-body movement and posture evaluation to explore how alignment, breathing, and muscle balance influence your pelvic health.

  • External and internal pelvic floor assessment (always optional and at your comfort level) to understand strength, tension, and coordination.

  • Hands-on palpation and soft tissue techniques to identify areas of tightness, weakness, or imbalance.

  • Functional movement and lifestyle review to connect daily habits, exercise, or stress with your symptoms.

  • Education and empowerment, helping you understand your body and feel confident in your path forward.

  • Manual therapy and myofascial release for the pelvic floor, hips, abdomen, spine, etc.

  • Breathwork and muscular retraining to restore natural coordination and ease of movement.

  • Targeted exercises for strength, mobility, and functional integration.

  • Nervous system and stress regulation techniques to enhance healing and resilience.

  • Personalized home practice and education, ensuring your progress continues beyond the session.

At Hervana, every appointment is guided by compassion, consent, and collaboration. Whether your goal is to recover from birth, ease pelvic pain, improve bladder or bowel function, or reconnect with your sense of vitality, we meet you exactly where you are—supporting your journey toward wholeness, strength, and empowerment.

Guided Sauna Classes

Every Thursday at 9:30 a.m. | Saltair Nordic Spa & Wellness | 75 minutes

Step into a guided sauna experience designed to nurture your body, calm your mind, and restore your energy. Led by Jodi of Hervana Women’s Wellness, each 75-minute class weaves together meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, aroma, and music through the rhythm of the Nordic cycle— hot, cold, and rest.

Every class carries a unique focus— while remaining rooted in self-care and self-love— offering new ways to reconnect with yourself and your inner strength. Sessions are kept intimate and flexible, sometimes allowing time afterward to move freely through the Nordic cycle at your own pace (dependent on number of participants).

This is more than a Nordic Cycle— it’s a ritual of self-care, community, and renewal.
