Monthly, we gather at Saltair Nordic Spa & Wellness for a themed evening of self-care — The Seasons of Self series is a chance to slow down, reconnect, and renew. Guided by Jodi Bremner, Pelvic Health therapist and Founder of Hervana Women’s Wellness, these restorative offerings weave together education, mindfulness, reflection, and the healing elements of the Nordic cycle: heat, cold, rest.

Each month introduces a new event theme — always centered on nurturing the whole being— whether through movement, breath, or embodied self-care practices. Together, we explore, learn, and restore sisterhood and tranquility.

Seasons of Self— Grounded Beginnings

As spring begins to take root, this evening invites a return to steadiness, support, and intentional renewal. Grounded Beginnings is a guided Nordic-inspired experience designed to calm the nervous system and reawaken a sense of strong foundation beneath you.

Through gentle breathwork, grounding rituals, and restorative warmth, you’ll soften stress, settle into your body, and cultivate simple practices that build resilience from the inside out.

Timed with Stress Awareness Month and the early days of spring emergence, the evening emphasizes slowing down, settling into the body, and cultivating supportive rhythms that carry into daily life.

Leave feeling anchored, supported, and renewed—ready to step into the season ahead with clarity and strength.

Root to Rise is a guided Nordic-inspired experience designed to support confidence, embodied awareness, and personal empowerment through warmth, breath, and gentle movement. Inspired by themes of women’s health, motherhood, and resilience, the evening explores how grounding and inner support allow energy and vitality to rise naturally. You will move forward feeling rooted, energized, and empowered.

When the days grow longer and summer begins to unfold, this evening invites a sense of openness, freedom, and ease in both body and mind. Spacious Breath is a guided Nordic-inspired experience centered on breath, gentle movement, and expansive awareness. Inspired by International Day of Yoga and themes of wellness and inclusivity, the evening explores how breath and posture influence our energy, mood, and sense of possibility. Through simple yoga-inspired movement, ribcage mobility, and mindful breathing practices, guests are invited to create more space within the body while cultivating lightness, curiosity, and joy. This evening will give you an opportunity to carry a sense of spaciousness and ease into the bright season ahead.
